STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT & CORPORATE GOAL SETTING
Essential to the essence and execution of an organization is its ability to achieve their vision. Through strategic management and corporate goal setting consulting, I work with business owners and executives to realize (or revise) the company mission, vision, and values with the goal of establishing clarity of the organization’s purpose and developing the required strategic and operational goals needed to reach the organizational vision and milestones.
Through my approach, leaders will define the desired organization, develop a goal-oriented plan, and be armed with the tools required to execute, monitor, and measure their progress. I apply hands-on and transparent leadership style to help owners and executives collaborate and align in this crucial corporate planning stage.

"Deanna is a skilled facilitator and has a keen ability to bring diverse groups together getting measurable results. The Port Coquitlam Foundation recently hired Deanna to facilitate a strategic planning session with some very lofty goals. We wanted to carve our mission, vision, values statements, and strategic objectives all the way to the frame of a working organizational plan. As a newly formed foundation, none of the participants knew each other, had worked together, and the only thing they had in common was their desire to support the greater community of Port Coquitlam.
Not a subject matter expert in Community Foundations or Non-profits, Deanna used her time wisely and researched traditional operating models for foundations and drew on the expertise of the participants in the room. She was open to discussion but remained focused on outcomes and did not let any “large personalities” derail the focus of the session. Starting from scratch, this was a great experience and the Port Coquitlam Foundation is now well positioned to begin the New Year with goals, objectives, timelines and outcomes."
